Aidan Marak is a Moroccan contemporary artist trained in art, design, and architecture in Paris. Living between Casablanca and Miami, she develops a multidisciplinary practice spanning painting, installation, and scenography, exploring questions of identity, freedom, and resistance.

For more than a decade, her work has been shown in Morocco and internationally, including at 1-54 New York (2024), So Art Gallery (2023), and Miami Art Week (2019, 2022). Known for the visual and emotional strength of her compositions, she is emerging as a distinctive voice within the contemporary African art scene.

Her practice examines the relationship between the intimate and the collective through pigments, materials, and fragments of text that reveal narratives linked to womanhood, memory, and social transformation. Through a visual language that is both subtle and powerful, she creates spaces where art becomes an act of expression, emancipation, and dialogue.
